About Us

Who Are We?

OSP Netball clue was founding in 2002 by a group of women working at the Oxford Science Park (hence the name) and OSP have always been very supportive of us.  In the early days we played at the Science park, they helped us to buy balls and posts and more recently they helped to purchase our new kit.  Thanks OSP!

We are a friendly and lively Oxford netball club and we are happy to welcome new players. We train in Headington, just around the corner from Oxford Brooks University and all the hospitals, so we have a few doctors and paramedics on our books; handy for on court slips!  We think we manage to combine being friendly and sociable with being competitive on the netball court.

We have two netball teams which compete in the Oxfordshire Netball League.  The Alphas (our first team), play in the Premier Plus division, and the Betas (our second team), play in the First Division.

When do we play

Netball training:

We train on Thursday nights at Cheney School, Cheney Lane, Headington, OX3 7QH.

Training is from 6.30pm-8.30pm.

The Alphas play matches at Cheney School, Oxford on a Tuesday night.

The Betas play matches on Mondays at Community Arena (behind Oxsrad) Court Place Farm, Marsh Lane, OX3 0NQ.
